All our products are shipped from our California fulfillment warehouse. Shipping directly from our fulfillment warehouse allows us to ensure the best quality control and naturally the savings are passed on to you as our customer.  IMPORTANT: Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic we as well as many other businesses are experiencing longer than usual handling/shipping times. As stated at the checkout – handling can take up to 5 days due to a high influx of orders and rigorous quality control procedures. Additionally, a majority of couriers (FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc.) are experiencing a high volume of parcels which are causing delays of its own which is ultimately out of our control.

We only ship to US and Canada address currently. For all domestic packages, we deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we can’t always guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. Customers have the option to pick a color preference and we will try our best to send out the mask colors you ordered however as stated on our product page – you may not receive the color you initially selected due to the overwhelming demand. We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges incurred. We are not responsible if a package is undelivered because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. RETURNS POLICY

During Covid-19 pandemic period we do not accept return of any product.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

Your cancellation is automatically confirmed providing it is within 3 days from the date of purchase. (Please allow 5-15 days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method) All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and processed for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy: If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees. Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all the applicable fees listed above, including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
