When will my credit card be charged?

Will I be charged immediately in full when I place a pre-order?
When placing an order on our website for an item that is not yet released (available for pre-order), your credit or debit card is authorized and charged for the full amount of the order.
Can I cancel my pre-order? If so, do I receive a full refund of my money back?
You may cancel your pre-order purchase at any time prior to shipping and are eligible for a full refund.
If your order has already shipped, during Covid-19 pandemic period we do not accept return of any product.
How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
Your refund will take approximately 10 - 14 business days between the receipt of the returned merchandise and refund. Once your merchandise has been successfully received, you will receive an email notifying you of the total refund amount to be credited to your account. During Covid-19 pandemic period we do not accept return of any product.

What should I do in case an item is sold out on FaceCover365.com?
Sign up with your email address on your item's product page, and we'll be happy to inform you once your item is available again. Furthermore, our Client Care team will be pleased to check your item's availability at our FaceCover365.com fulfillment warehouse.

How many items can I purchase online?
For special editions or collaborations. You can order up to 2 same items per online order. There is no limit on our standard products.
